I found the hotel to be amazing. the breakfast buffet was really massive, and there was great music at the pool. the gym had state-of-the-art technogym equipment. I worked out daily. the hotel is near the museum of the future and close to the metro (very convenient for excursions).
Noise from the club on friday and saturday nights continued until 3:00 am. It disrupted sleep. (earplugs might be a good idea for sensitive sleepers like myself.)

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection. I could order omelets directly. the indian restaurant had very delicious food. I had dinner there one evening with excellent service.

the room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and high-quality linens. the bathroom was super clean and well-kept, it had fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided daily.

the room included nice coffee and extra snacks. janet, from housekeeping, refilled the mini bar with juice and water daily. reception and housekeeping was very friendly. rooftop pool gave a beautiful view.
noise from the club continued till 3 am on friday and saturday night. it made sleeping difficult. soundproofing would help to eliminate this disturbance.

the rooms are lovely and quirky. i received many towels in my room. shampoo, conditioner, and soap were provided in the shower, as well as bathrobes, slippers, and a hairdryer. a safe was available.

staff was very friendly. naveen and preeti ensured my room was clean every day. i did not worry about cleanliness. the hotel location is near a metro station with free shuttle service to a mall.

the room had everything a traveler needed. it included a decent hair dryer with a narrow attachment.
i waited an hour in the heat for my car after i was told it would only take five minutes. they had lost BOTH the car and the keys. there were many drunk guests causing trouble, and the staff failed to maintain any order.

i really appreciated the design here. i felt very welcomed by the staff. the room with twin beds was comfy. i liked the rooftop pool. the complementary mini bar was a nice bonus and they refilled the water every day. the gym had nice equipment.
the noise was a problem at night from the nearby club.

the hotel location was spot on in the city center. i could easily reach key locations. monkey bar on the rooftop had a killer view of the museum of the future!!! the patio was nice.
there was a delay in delivering our luggage to the room. i had to call after half an hour. the soap quality didn't meet the expected standard. the drainage system in the bathroom caused water accumulation.
